LCDC EXAMINATION FORMS

Important Update!  In addition to the paper and pencil version of the LCDC exam, TCBAP will now be offering a computer based testing option for the LCDC WRITTEN EXAM.  Computer Based Testing will be offered March 15-27 and June 14-26, 2010 at sites throughout Texas.  If you are interested in taking the LCDC written exam via computer based testing, please click on the Computer Based Testing Registraton form below for a listing of test sites and fees.  Please note that successful scores on both the WRITTEN and the ORAL exams are required for licensure regardless of which version of the written exam you choose to take.
